Standard delivery is £3.50 and is FREE for orders over £40 within the UK. Orders will be shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and should arrive in 1-2 days after dispatch.

All Fiddle Fig products can live a long life with good care. Avoid getting jewellery wet, using perfumes or oils directly near them and do not sleep in your earrings. Please store in a cool, dry place.

If your pieces get dirty or stained, you can clean this by wiping them gently with a damp soft cloth. Metal components may tarnish over time, but this can be cleaned by rubbing a small amount of washing up liquid onto the findings and/or using a jewellery polishing cloth or a tarnish remover.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please email us directly at fiddlefigcreative@gmail.com if you have any issues with your order.

If your items are faulty then you can return or exchange your items up to 28 days after you receive them for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.
